Flat $15 CAD fee for International shipping
Please note that our international shipping fee service is for shipping cost only. Additional import fees, levies, and/or taxes that may be charged through the import process at your country of import does not apply to this.
We will ship through reputable companies which include: Fedex, DHL, UPS, United States Postal Service, Canada Post, Hong Kong Post, TGX, and others. All orders will include a global tracking number so you will be able to access status updates on the couriers company website.
In most cases and unless otherwise specified, products will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends).
Example shipping times are: Canada and U.S. 1 -5 business days
Internationally 10 - 15 days

At the moment we are only selling the HÄNGAR travel footrest
This will not be an issue as most airline seats will not decline much. Your legs will be pushed back with the seat and depending on the length of your legs your knees might touch the seat or tray table. Please see Recommendation for use for further instruction.
No, as you need removed HÄNGAR from the seat and store it along with your other belongings during take-off and landing.
If you use HÄNGAR correctly your fellow passengers will not notice when you are using HÄNGAR on their seat. The footrest is used by adjusting the strap to your preferred length and placing the strap on the back of the seat in front of you. Place your feet on the soft padded bottom and relax your legs. When first placing your legs in the footrest the seat will move slightly back, in the same way as if you were to place your hand on it for support when getting up. However as long as you are only using the footrest to support your legs it will not be disturbing to others. Please see Recommendation for use for further instruction.

In the unlikely event you wish to return your product, you may do so within 14 days from delivery. Your product may be returned as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. If the product is returned damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered. The warranty is intended for the original owner and covers any defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty applies to the Nylon body and strap of the footrest. For more information please see Our Guarantee
